The kingdom hand-by-hand with the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services aim to organize this forum to clarify the role of the kingdom in the logistics sector regarding the excellent demographic position between Europe, Asia and Africa, to be the center and main aspect of global supply chain
In addition to the Ministry itself previewed a set of the projects that the kingdom established that support the logistics sector and enhance transportation and supplying flow, as a development of smart transportation systems and sustainable solutions and long traffic safety applying
Saudi Arabia did many projects at the local level in addition to regional and global levels, so the 2030 vision can be achieved, therefore the improvement of technology and sustainable improvement in these projects were clear for the kingdom’s interest in infrastructure in these towns and to increase traffic safety
This project is one of the largest projects that Saudi Arabia has established and it’s under construction, the kingdom is working on this project to connect roads with 3 nations and they are Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Jorden, that helps in support trading flow and logistics services in addition to linking the markets with each other.
This city is characterised by being one of the largest smart cities that depend deeply on alternative energy and developed technology and smart transportation in addition to traffic safety in smart cities
One of the most challenging situations that was mentioned by the Ministry of Transportation and Logistics services in the Al-roba’ Al-Khali project.
